There are times you come across with misfortune then you find yourself tossing with anger and irritation.
Well, it goes like this. It's when you are trapped in the queue of cars making you an hour late at school or work. Another one is when you want to take a rest but your loud neighbor is making his great effort in reaching the highest note of his favorite love song late at night.
These stuffs cannot be avoided. It is as if Mr. Misfortune calls you out from somewhere and shouts, "Sorry but you're my bet for today."
So how are you going to deal with it?
Well, at first you get mad. That's normal. Who will not get mad when you dropped your phone from the bus and you recognized you lost it when you got home? It is okay that you gnashed your teeth and roar like a tiger because of madness. But the first thing you need to do is to be calm. It can help decrease the bad vibes you have in your nerves.
Next, compliment yourself. You are still fortunate. You have a loud neighborhood, but you live in a spacious house with lots of food in the refrigerator. If you find yourself more good-looking than you're enemy, that'a another good point! :)
But don't forget to make a move to solve a problem. If it's necessary for you to do the action first, go. Talk to that neighbor and tell them that it's late at night for them to sing loud on a nice way. If they yells you back, "just move! We were the first one who get here!" leave it to the officials in your community.
If you don't want to be on headlines the next morning, call a friend. Express the contorted hate and fury stocked in your throat last night. You're friend won't leave you alone if you treat him after.
Misfortune is quite terrible. Sometimes it's like a crucifixion in the darkest day of your life. But if you would just worry about it, it would not leave you. bury your worries. Bend your head upward and look at the blue sky. If you can't handle everything, leave it to God.
